PAULINA TARANEK

Graduate Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, specialization Conservation and Restoration of Art – Painting. Makes not only conservation and restoration objects of art, but also creates paintings, drawings mixing both techniques. Paulina Taranek has been selected to receive the Erasmus Scholarship Antwerp 2011/2012 and also took a part in Second International Artistic Symposium Szymbark 2013.  Featured by Artist Portfolio Magazine (California, USA). An article about her painting has been published
in the April 2020 issue. Life is Art Magazine USA, Los Angeles.
Paulina Taranek was placed in the group of the Faces of the Future at the turn of 2020/2021
Czestochowa. From July 1, 2021, her works can be seen at the exhibition on the pandemic „Coexistence”
at the Museum of Krakow.

AWARDS

Winner of the Art Competition National Geographic Poland Maluję, co widzę – symbol miasta w stylu Picassa” interpretation of the city symbol in Picasso style, Kraków „Lajkonik”, 2018.

Artwork was used as a promotion of National Geographic seriesGenius: Picasso”.

žCooperation as part of the above-mentioned competition with Fox Network Group Poland, the distributor of the National Geographic channel.
